NEIVA AS HOT AS A HELL

People who live in Neiva and who is visiting this city, is witness of the hot that is presenting Neiva in the last days. This capital scored high temperatures that produce forestall fires in the region, and it is going to continue in the next months.

The last August 2 of the present year Neiva scored the hottest day with 37,7 degrees shaded and The Institute of Hydrology, Meteorology and Environmental Studies (IDEAM) reported that probably in the sun that could give results of more than 40 degrees.
Ofelia Angel Oviedo, a worker from IDEAM argue that the high temperature is because of the period, because we are in summer and it is normal, she argues that we do not be alert to this situation.

In Neiva rains in January, March April and December and usually it summer in June, July, August and September that now we feel this hot intensity for the global warming. Ipanema, and the condominiums that are around this neighborhood and Las Palmas, situated in the highest part of Neiva are the hottest neighborhood.

Neiva is alarmed for possible forestal fires and high temperatures in Aipe, Baraya, Campoalegre, Neiva, Paicol, Palermo, Pital, Tello, Iquira, Tesalia, Villavieja, Nátaga, Tarqui, y Yaguará.
